TXHSCO works in partnership to improve services for children and families.
The Texas Head Start Collaboration Office must work in partnership with entities in the public and private sector to improve the support and services available to children and families. The office also works closely with the Head Start /Early Head Start community (both through the Texas Head Start Association and directors of programs) for the overall direction of the grant.
